All players chosen to represent their state in the All-Star games should have received an information packet from their team coordinator upon being chosen, but, if they did not receive it, you can click on the following link to see the letter with all the necessary information for participants:

You may also provide your registration information online, and send your payment in by mail.
PLEASE NOTE: even if you have confirmed participation and provided information below, we still need the hard-copy of the completed and signed Registration Form, which includes “Amateur Athletic Waiver and Release of Liability” and “Medical Information and Permission” portions; this form can be either be sent in by mail, as mentioned above, or delivered in person at the Registration Tent the day of the Games.
IN ANY CASE, WHETHER REGISTERING ONLINE OR BY MAIL,
all participants must check into the Registration Tent when they arrive on Sat., June 20.
No one will be allowed to participate unless they have registered, paid their fee and submitted their Registration Form completely filled out and signed where appropriate.
